Documents Required A letter from the car owner. A photocopy of the passport of the car owner. Car owner or an authorized person only can file the cessation request. Procedures The application should be submitted to the Head of Administrative Affairs. The application will be reviewed for accuracy. The application then will be signed and approved by Head of Administrative Affairs. A request to cease car search operations will be passed to the Archives Section. A copy of the cessation report will be provided upon request.
