   Non-Payment Cases

Documents Required

1. A letter of complaint
2. A photocopy of the passport of the person filing the complaint
3. Original contract or agreement, with a copy; this includes lease contract, hotel entry form, etc.
4. A photocopy of the trade license
5. A proxy certified by a notary-public (if the person filing the complaint is a representative of a firm or company)
6. Details of the car rented (rent-a-car companies)

    Procedures

    1. Supporting documents should be submitted
    2. The complaint will be reviewed for completeness at the computer section
    3. Statement of the complainant will be taken
    4. Once the notification is complete, the police will start to look for the person against whom the complaint was filed
    5. The case file will be transferred to the Follow-Up Department which will coordinate with the complainant regarding the case
