If you tried accessing this Service from our website and the page cannot be displayed, kindly apply the following settings from to your browser Internet Options: 1- go to Tools > Internet Options.
2- from the “General” Tab, go to Delete Cookies > then Delete Files.
3- from the “Privacy” Tab, move the slider up or down and select the privacy settings for the Internet Zone as “Medium" .
4- from the “Connections” Tab > go to LAN Settings and check the Proxy Server > and type Proxy1.emirates.net.ae in Address and type 8080 on Port. 5- click Ok then Apply. 6- close your browser, restart it, and try to access the service. |
