Required Documents	- Issuing/renewing form of the store trade license - Copy of valid lease contract of the store - Copy of the previous trade license
Procedures	supporting documents, by owner or his representative - Authorized staff will check the documents - Authorized committee will conduct a security and criminal record check of the applicant - The staff concerned shall have a field inspection of the store and ensure that security procedures are implemented - Upon verification, the new permit will be issued, signed and stamped and given to the owner
