Description of Service	Requesting the service of a helicopter

Required Documents	- Approval obtained from Dubai Media City (in case filming mission is requested) - Security approval for non-filming missions. - Filling in Helicopter booking form - Passengers' passports copies.
Procedures	- Submitting a request enclosing all required documents by the person concerned - Determining fees and required timings.(preliminary fees are none refundable) - Arrangement for airport passes - Discussing mission route along with explanation of security measures which have to be followed during the mission by the Captain or his assistant. - Conducting the mission - Calculating the total timing for the mission and total cost. - Concerning companies and private establishments, payments occurred have to be paid in cash and a receipt will be issued. - Governmental Authorities will be contacted by an official letter to pay the respected fees and handing them over a receipt.

Service Fees	Dubai Air wing Center has (2) types of helicopters with different rates, details as follows: 1- Helicopter Agusta 109 ( rate : Dhs. 7200/-per hour). 2- Helicopter Bell 412 (rate: Dhs. 10,100/-per hour). 3- The lowest cost  will be charged based on (30) minutes         flight.
