Description of Service	This service is provided to all community categories such as schools, by providing  tents and its other accessories (i.e. chairs, tables …. Etc.) without fees.
Beneficiaries	Community partnership (schools – Ministry of  Defense – Ministry of Education)
Concerned Departments and Authorities	Gen. Dept. of Services and Supplies Maintenance Dept.
Required Documents	- An official letter from Gen. Dept. of Community Service - Work Completion Form
Procedures	- After receiving the official letter from Gen. Dept. of Services and Supplies, approval shall be obtained from the H.Q. to provide the necessary requirement. - Receiving the tents and the accessories from stores - Provide the service and filling out the Work Completion Form
