Description of Service	Private visits service provided to members of diplomatic corps through the Gen. Management in coordination with public relations dept. to enable them help their nationals seized in prison and solve their problems. As for the Public this service will be provided through coordination with visits section in prisons management to enable prisoners meet with their family members, lawyers and company representatives. In Central Jail, visit will be once every two months. Other prisons (such as: offenses, violations and women prison) the visit will be once a month. Exceptional visits will be allowed only in some certain circumstances related to the prisoner upon approval of the Director. Prisoners in retention centers will be decided by General Prosecution.

Procedures	Service provided to : (Prisoners’ relatives- company representatives) 1- Central Jail – request for private visit shall be submitted by phone at the numbers mentioned below 2- The special form for visit has to be filled out after checking the kin relation. 3- The request shall be presented to the Director or Head of follow & execution dept. for approval . 4- In case of rejection, the relatives or company representatives will be informed by the  phone. 5- Women Prison, Offenses and Violations Prison: Request for private visit shall be submitted prisoner who shall determine time and date of visit. 6- The request shall be presented to the Director or Head of Offences and Violation dept. for approval. 7- The prisoner shall be informed the decision, accordingly, he shall inform the visitor by phone about the date & time of the visit. 8- When the visitor arrives, his personal details will be recorded, then, entered to one of the visiting halls. 9- The prisoner also will be taken to the same hall to meet the visitor for a period of 15 min. under the supervision of police force. Service provided for members of diplomatic corps: 1- the request shall be sent by fax or e-mail 2- The request shall be presented to the director or his deputy. 3- The person concerned shall be informed about date and time of the visit by phone. 4- When the visitor arrives, he shall be taken to VIP halls. 5- The prisoner shall be taken to the same hall to meet the visitor.
