Main Terms and Conditions to obtain a permit for companies working in the field of Import & Export of chemical precursors:

1- The holder of the permit should be a UAE citizen and the company should have a current registration with Chamber of Commerce and Municipality

2- The holder of the permit should have the required financial capacity to run the business (supporting bank statement)

3- The holder of the permit should be of good conduct with no criminal record related to trade and industry crimes

4- The company should obtain preliminary approval, to export and import  chemical precursors, from Ministry of Health

5- The company should have well equipped storing facilities for the appropriate storage of chemicals. Chemical materials should be stored in suitable temperature. Stores also should be provided with manual & automatic fire extinguishers

6- Company should employ a specialized store keeper who knows how to handle chemicals properly

7- Company should maintain comprehensive records for all exporting and importing companies
