2. Making sure that all required information are obtained.
3. Issuing of the "To whom it may concern" letter and giving it to the applicant.

2. Making sure that all required information are obtained
3. Issuing of the "To whom it may concern" letter and giving it to the applicant

Procedures

1. The victim to file a report at the police station where the incident occurred.
2. Police personnel to move to the scene of the incident and investigate.
3. A statement is given by the victim or the one reporting the crime.
4. Entering the report in the computer database (Unified Criminal System).
5. After research and investigation for 15 days, the "To whom it may concern" letter and giving to the applicant.
