* Transfer of vehicle ownership at same number plate Settle the payment  of fines by the seller or by the purchaser (if found)
1- fill in the form 2- insurance policy by the name of the purchaser. 3- bring approval from the lending company (if the vehicle is mortgaged.) 4- presence of both parties the seller and the purchaser 5- the registration of the vehicle should be valid 6-  in case of the expiry of the registration the vehicle should be tested. 7-  attach the registration book of the vehicle. 8- in case the seller is not present it is required to  : a- bring a contract of selling from any of authorized showrooms in Dubai. b- If  the showroom is in another emirate the stamp of the Traffic Licensing Department of that emirate is required c- Show a power of attorney from the court authorizing the representative  to deal on behalf  + a photocopy of the authorization.
