Provide the customer with the DSG refund documents to contact the respective banks
The reason maybe: a. If the amount is refunded after Dubai Police reconciliation provide the customer with the Dubai Smart Government Refund document with transaction No. OR (may be due to another fine on the same date)
Customer can call 901 for checking the transaction details and he/she should provide Driving License# or Vehicle Plate# or TC (Traffic File#) Number
This may be due to the late entry of certain fines on the traffic system. Call center has to check the fines entry date and time.
This may be due wrong selection of another plate number on the Smartphone or ENBD
You log in to “Inquiry and Payment of Traffic Fines” Service, and if there is a violation recorded on the vehicle, a button indicating “Print a list of violations”, which will be sent to email registered in the vehicle's traffic file and the same list will be displayed on the screen.
There is no fees, if submitted through the Service, but in case it is requested from any of the Service Locations, a due fee of AED 5 per vehicle.
