Its main offices located in Dubai Police H.Q. the main tasks are to address all kind of problems that may make the tourist unsatisfied in Dubai. This Department was founded in 2001, was firstly named (Tourist Security) belongs to General Department of Criminal Investigation. In September 1, 2014, the name has been changed into the Department of Tourism Police as per Force Order in order to boost the worldwide security reputation enjoyed by Dubai, take care of the visitor and his interests and make sure that our valued guests are enjoying happy and safe stay in Dubai.
