1. The value of fines should not be less than AED 5000 for individuals, and AED 20,000 for companies and institutions
2. The installment applicant should pay 25% of the total fines in case of individuals, companies, and institutions
3. Installments are issued for up to 24 months, according to the value of traffic fines 
4. In case the installments are preferred to be postponed, a fee of AED 100 should be paid for individuals, AED 200 for companies and institutions (legal person), along with AED 10 for knowledge fees and AED 10 for innovation fees for each cheque, where the application should be submitted 15 days before the installment date 
5. The first installment starts after 30 days and the duration between each installment should not exceed 3 months  
6. The installment should be in accordance with the direct discount request approved by the Central Bank
