• Reports cannot be from outside Dubai 
• In case of dispute among the drivers of damaged vehicles, the competent police station should be visited     
   

• Valid Email ID 

• Fill up application form 
• Identifying the damages on vehicle and attaching photos 
• Submit request
• Receive transaction number via SMS and Email to follow-up on request
   

The individual who caused the accident will bear the report filing fee of (AED 520)
