This service enables vehicle owners or drivers whose vehicles are damaged by unknown party, to obtain an accident report allowing them to repair their damaged vehicle. .

Steps to achieve the transaction
- Fill up application form
- Identifying the damages on vehicle and attaching photos
- Submit request
- Receive transaction number via SMS and Email to follow-up on request
- Receive the certificate and receipt over Email to the applicant
