• Copy of letter requesting the security barriers from the requesting party in Arabic
• Letter from Dubai Roads and Transport Authority- if the security barriers are to be placed on the road
• Letter from Dubai Municipality if the security barriers are to be placed near a tent
   

Important instructions 

• Contact the Dubai Police General Head Quarters 3 days before the event 
• Fill out the entire application form
• Attach all official letters in Arabic 

Terms and conditions

• Determine the geographical location of the event
• Provide laborers to receive and return the security barriers
• Deposit money or security cheque as a deposit for damages, which will be refunded after the security barriers are returned 
•  In case of setting up a tent or closing a road, an official approval is required from the Municipality or Roads and Transport Authority 
• A pledge should be written to pay the value in case security barriers are lost or damaged
•  Any application that does not meet the terms will not be accepted
