Required attachments:

Copy of the commercial store’s request in Arabic stating (type of work – time of work – period of work)
Copy of the company's valid trade license
Copy of the company's signature authorization card
Copy of no objection letter from commercial centers in Arabic or from property owners to carry out the work
Copy of Central Bank’s permit in Arabic (for banks- exchange shops) to carry out the work
Copy of no objection letter from Dubai Municipality in Arabic (in case the store was outside the premises of commercial centers) to carry out the work
Copy of no objection letter from free zones in Arabic, for companies within their competencies to carry out work

Terms and Conditions

The permit is intended for maintenance work, inventory, or installing billboards
It is not allowed to use the permit to practice commercial activities
